By accessing or using Hue&Hair ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Hue&Hair is a salon management platform that provides booking, client management, payment processing, and business operations tools for hair salons and beauty professionals.

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
Hue & Hair is in an early-access period. During it, every feature is available at no cost and we don't collect payment details. Before paid plans begin, we'll tell you by email at least 30 days in advance. You'll never be charged unless you choose a paid plan.
The Service offers various subscription tiers (Solo, Team, Multi-Location) with different features and pricing. Once paid plans begin, subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis for the plan you choose. No subscription fees are charged during early access.
During early access the Service is free and there is no trial period: you will not be asked to choose a plan until paid plans begin. If we offer free trials after early access, their length and terms will be stated when you sign up.
We do not collect payment details during early access. When paid plans begin and you choose one, payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the plan you choose and any applicable taxes.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may provide refunds at our discretion for technical issues or service failures on our part. See our Refund Policy for how refunds and cancellations work.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring you have obtained necessary consents from your clients before storing their personal information in the Service.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Hue&Hair and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the Service.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hue&Hair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. During early access there is no paid subscription to cancel; you can stop using the Service at any time.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
