What will booking software actually cost you?

Booking apps charge in different ways: a monthly plan, a cut of each booking, texts, card fees. Enter the fees from any platform's own pricing page and your expected bookings to see the yearly cost, side by side. Nothing is stored and nothing is recommended. The numbers are yours.

Starting out? 4 a day, 5 days a week is about 80.

What a typical client pays, before tip.

The starting numbers are examples, not any platform's real prices. Replace them with the fees you are quoted. Leave a field at 0 if it does not apply.

How it is calculated

  • Booking fees = bookings × (ticket × fee % + flat fee per booking)
  • Texts = bookings × texts per booking × cost per text
  • Card processing = bookings × (ticket × processing % + fixed fee per payment)
  • Total per month = subscription + booking fees + texts + card processing; per year = × 12

What it leaves out

Hardware (card readers), add-ons, taxes, payout timing, and any fee that only applies to some bookings, such as a marketplace fee charged only on new clients. For a fee like that, enter an average: if 1 in 4 bookings is charged 20%, use 5%.
